Student Health Services (Columbus Campus): Most primary care doctor visits, routine diagnostic labs, and X-rays for illnesses or injuries are covered at 100% with $0 copay and $0 deductible.
24/7 Virtual Care (Telehealth): HealthiestYou (by Teladoc) provides round-the-clock online medical consultations for non-emergencies (sore throat, allergies, pink eye) at $0 additional cost.
Urgent Care (Tier 2 Providers): Covered at 100% after a $25 copay.
Emergency Department (Tier 2 Providers): Covered at 90% after a $100 copay (copay waived if admitted).

Medical, Mental Health & Prescription ID Card (UHCSR): ID cards are not mailed to members but are available digitally by logging into UHCSR My Account or downloading the UHCSR Mobile App. For questions, call UHCSR at 1-833-789-9300.
Dental ID Card (Delta Dental): Access your digital dental card via the Delta Dental Member Portal.
Visit our Member ID page for more information and step-by-step instructions. Cards are available 1–3 business days after the fee in Buckeye Link is paid in full.

Counseling & Consultation Service (CCS): On campus individual and group psychotherapy, crisis support, and psychiatry services are 100% covered ($0 out-of-pocket cost).
Off-Campus Network Therapists (Tier 2 Providers): Covered at 100% after a $20 copay per visit.
24/7 Virtual Therapy: Phone and video counseling sessions available anytime through the HealthiestYou app at $0 additional cost.

Pharmacy Network & Questions: Fill prescriptions at Wilce Student Health Pharmacy or locate in-network pharmacies using the OptumRx Find a Pharmacy tool or call OptumRx customer service at 1-833-789-9300.
Prescription Copays (Wilce Student Health Pharmacy & In-Network Pharmacies):
- Tier 1 (Generic): 90% covered ($10 minimum cost per 30-day fill).
- Tier 2 (Preferred Brand): 80% covered.
- Tier 3 (Non-Preferred Brand): 50% covered.
Contraceptives: Generic birth control and brand-name contraceptives with no generic equivalent are 100% covered ($0 minimum cost).
Specialty Medications: Specialty drugs must be ordered directly through UHCP / OptumRx Specialty (1-855-427-4682), not filled at retail pharmacies or Wilce.

Vaccinations & Seasonal Flu Shots: All ACIP-recommended adult immunizations (Seasonal Flu, HPV, Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis A/B, Meningococcal) are covered at $0 cost at in-network providers. Most vaccines are available at Wilce Student Health Center.
Routine Dental Cleanings & Exams (Delta Dental — Ages 19+): Preventive dental exams and cleanings (2 per policy year) are 100% covered after a $17 copay at Wilce Student Health Services and the OSU College of Dentistry Student Clinic. Fillings and minor restorations are covered at 70% after deductible ($750 annual policy maximum).
Routine Vision Care: Annual vision exams are covered 100% after a $15 copay at the OSU College of Optometry Clinic, including a $100 annual eyewear allowance plus a 20% discount on frames and lenses.

Address & Account Management: Keep your current address updated in Buckeye Link so insurers can send required notices.
Use your UHCSR My Account and Delta Dental portals to view and track claims, review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, and review policy partner communications and action items.
