Holiday Closures

Our office observes all university holidays.  Our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

• Memorial Day - Monday, May 25, 2026
• Juneteenth - Friday, June 19, 2026
• Independence Day - Friday, July 3, 2026

Zoom Appointments Available

You can email Student Health Insurance to set up a Carmen Zoom appointment. The appointments are available M-F 9:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. Please send an email with the subject line “Zoom Appointment” to shi_info@osu.edu with your requested date and time and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment once it has been scheduled.
