Holiday Closures

Our office observes all university holidays.  Our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

• Veterans Day - Monday, November 11, 2024
• Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 28, 2024
• Columbus Day (observed) - Friday, November 29, 2024
• Presidents' Day (observed) - Tuesday, December 24, 2024
• Christmas Day - Wednesday, December 25, 2024

Zoom Appointments Available

You can email Student Health Insurance to set up a Carmen Zoom appointment. The appointments are available M-F 9:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. Please send an email with the subject line “Zoom Appointment” to shi_info@osu.edu with your requested date and time and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment once it has been scheduled.
